01Does Canto Exato build new homes too?
Yes. We take care of the design, planning, construction, interiors and final setup. A new build and a complete renovation follow different paths, but the goal is the same: a home you can move straight into.
02What does a ready-to-move-in home include?
It can go well beyond the building work: fitted furniture, furnishings, appliances, lighting, curtains, linens and kitchenware. We agree on exactly what you need and set it out in the proposal.
03Can I get a price through the website?
There isn’t one price that fits every home. First, we need to understand its size and condition, the changes you want and the finishes you have in mind. Then we can talk through the likely investment and the next steps.
04Who handles approvals and paperwork?
Our planning takes account of building management and local authority requirements, qualified professionals and the documents needed for the work. Before we begin, we make clear what Canto Exato will handle and what we’ll need from you.
